Unexpected intake leak at throttle in B230FT 700 1991

After a few weeks of hair pulling looking for an intake leak, I finally had a smoke test done. The main leak was found at the throttle, at the front and back of it in line with the shaft that the valve disc rotates around. Smoke cam out at the spring (front) and around the throttle position sensor (back).

Does anyone know if this is repairable via an O ring etc. inside the throttle or must the whole throttle be replaced.

Thanks.
