Speedo problem...need new one or is it fixable? 200 1989

Moron that I am, when checking out the instrument cluster on my 240, I dropped the cluster and the speedo needle popped off. The shaft broke about 1/4" down into the cluster. Is the needle replaceable or do I have to swap the whole speedo out?? Unfortunately no u-pull-its around here....anybody got one laying around (K9800 model)?
