Suddnly, no start, no starter turnover engagement 700

I have checked the netural safty switch by bypassing it and selecting netural and slowly moving the shifter when turning the key. THe starter turns fine when jumpered with a screwdriver. I have attempted to bypass the safety switch via the pink connection to #50 (blue/green) on the starter. I am not sure what else to check, or if there is any way to at least get it running to my garage.
I have also switched radio susp. relays and still no attempt to turn the starter, the starter was wineing fast at first but now that has stopped as well.
