When I hit the brake the bulb failure light comes on but the brake lights are fine. If I have the lights on at night my left turn signal on the instrument panel glows green not fully but about half. I got pulled over the other night and the officer said that my tail lights where all messed up when I signal. I recently replaced a paper circut board on one side and the brake light pedal switch. Its a strange one. Anyone ever have the same symptoms as these? I believe the engine wire harness has been replaced or it looks to be in tact where some of the covering has been sliced open maybe by someone checking the condition. (I've already switched out the bulb failure relay with no luck)
