timing mark 200

Hi I have just a 84 240 wagon ,I have removed the timing cover as I am putting in a new water pump so I figger that I will change out the timing belt and seal tensioner. But the Volvo manual that I have covers most of the volvos and I cant find a diagram of the position of the timing marks .
The old belt has white out it then the gear has white out on it not marked on the marks,dots nothing I have done has had any of the marks line up .
I realy don't want to give myself a head ache by removing the timing belt Can anyone send me a copy of the right set up.
