Getting ready to replace a diff gasket on our 1991 245SE and refill with Mobil 1 gear lube. Have not looked at the Bentley or Haynes manual yet. Do you guys mount this gasket dry or with sealant? Although this seems like a very straightforward job, any tricks of the trade you guys can share would be appreciated.
