AMM or Hall Sender 200

I have been having intermittent no-start, and now a stall condition

see recent post: http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=1082114

The AMM checks out resistance wise (I still need to perform the burn off test per Bentley) However, I do hear the fuel pump relay turn off about 10 seconds after turning the car off.

Which is the more likely culprit for this intermittent condition on a 1988 240 with the LH-2.2 ingnition, the Hall Sender or the AMM?

Thanks

Mike
