245 rear seat back rattles 200

This is on a 92 245. When the rear seat back is in its upright and locked position (where have I heard that before?) the seat back moves back and forth a little bit and rattles like mad on the latching posts on both sides. Is this a common issue with a simple solution (hopefully)? It may also be of value to mention that it is very hard to push the release button up on the back of the seat.
