If cold air induction ... 700

...is such a good idea, why do I not see more examples of it being done on warm weather bricks?

I read (can't recall where now) that certain AMM fried after getting too much cool air. Do not recall if this was in Maine or California.

So ..is it a good idea? I live in AL (Dhhh - the name) pretty cold winters at times - but mostly mild. Right now it is in the 80's- 90's - and very humid. Really thinking about trying it - as I note how much better it runs when cool.
