Signal Light Blinking Interval 900 1996

My right signal light blinks at a rate faster than usual. Its intermittent, it'll work normally during the morning and evening, but during the hot afternoon it'll malfunction. I remember seeing a section on a relay replacement in FAQ, but I can't seem to find the web page. Where can I find this relay in the 96 960?
