Are the twin choke cables on the twin SU HS6 carbs - this is on a B20B engine -supposed to have some sort of fastener at the carb frame to hold the cable sheaths in place against the carb framework?

This is where the cable passes through a round hole in the frame.

My cables are not anchored by anything. Consequently, the sheaths rise up when I push in the choke control. The chokes do not shut off completely.
