Well, after 18 months of driving a stickshift minivan(!) I'm back in the fold.

Just picked up a 1984 245GL Diesel. WHAT?

I know the history of the car, as it was *entirely* rebuilt about 30k ago by my pal Bob for his own daily driver. Mechanically perfect, and it looks pretty gosh darn good, too.

For one thou, I figure I'm all set for the next 100k or so.
