I am the wife of noreast and have a question. In the past two weeks i have started having difficulty shifting my auto trans out of park. The release buttton is not responding correctly. I have tried jiggling it, applying forward pressure to the stick and applying pressure in various directions to the button itself. It sometimes releases as normal, but has progressively given me more and more trouble each day. My husband has suggested that i write in and ask for advice from some of you auto buffs.
