Radiator Part Hanging Loose 900

I recently noticed something scraping on the ground when I turned up the incline to my driveway.

I had a look tonight and there is a what looks like a mini radiator hanging loose below the main radiator.

I had the radiator replaced a few weeks ago and it looks like they forgot to connect this part back up, I can see the brackets where it bolt to on the underside of the radiator, but it is just hanging down supported from its hoses.

I want to call them tomorrow to complain, but wanted the correct term for the part that's hanging so they know what I am talking about, can anyone help me out?

Its about 2" wide by 2" high and runs the lentgh of the radiator, has a hose in one end and out the other.
