Mystery cam? 140-160

I have just acquired what is supposedly a K cam for a 140 B20 engine. However it has "Made in USA" on it and a variety of letters and numbers in different places on the cam as follows: -

OBT 10
C1 D1
CWC
H 11

It also has some yellow paint on one end.
On the end of the box is 1024K.

Can anyone cast some light on what it might be?
