cams and heads 120-130

I parted out several volvos and I'm building one. One car came with a B20 engine, stock pistons and C grind cam. The engine sat for at least 10 years and was froze up in the cylinder whose valvle was open furthest. Main bearings and rod bearings show normal wear, nothing excessive. Lifters have small oil galley from side to the top where push rod makes contact. Cam shows little wear and lifters look very good.

Engine number 2 is B18 with cam: TX18A, Iskerderian, 10P 081, VV.61, 7001. The pistons are .030 over and one piston is damaged near cylinder wall. Lifters have large oblong holes in sides and there apears to be no flow for the push rods. Head is labeled "JAG VOLVO 1-418 205"

The B20 block and head have been taken to the machine shop with the intention of boring .020, using the stock C cam and lifters. The b20 head showed signs of valve recession so I'm having hardened seats installed.

Should I be considering using the cam from B18 in the B20 since it appears to be an aftermarket. ( the lift on B18 cam appears to be less than C cam 1.3xx vs 1.4xx)
Which lifters should I use? Is the head on the B18 the normal head or has it been changed? Seats look great on the B18.

Thanks for the collective wisdom.
