No Power to Blower Motor 900 1995

The blower some times worked and some times not. It finally stopped completely. There is no power at the motor. There is no power at the resistor pack. I checked all the fuses and they are good. I think there must be a relay but the diagram for the relay bank does not indicate that one is for the blower motor. Is this relay somewhere else? Is there anything else to check before I replace the MCC?

Thanks for any ideas.
