Fuel Injector Issues 200

hey all,

Was driving to work today, and the check engine light fires on... Car is running alrite, not perfect with unimpressive mileage.

Checked the diagnostics when I got home and got 1-1-3, and 2-3-1, which is (according to my haynes manual) is fault in fuel injectors and fuel system compensating for rich/lean mix at cruise.

The car is a bit sluggish in the low RPMs, and since I've owned the car (5 years, 40k) I've replaced nearly every fuel system component. At nearly 200k, i wont be surprised if the injectors need cleaning, but I want to know what type of problem would set off the diagnostics?

Any help or advice is much appreciated!
