Upper Shock Stud spinning 200 1989

While doing my Trailing arm Bushings this weekend I noticed my shocks were shot.

Don't have the shocks yet but wen to loosen the Upper Shock bolt. One side loosend right up. The other side... The whole stud spins.

I know I can put a wrench on the far backside to take out teh entire mounting stud but I was wondering if I could get a wrench between the Shock and the Frame? Is that hex shaped? What size? too much undercoating covering it up.

P.S. Trailing arm bushing in 1 hour. That home made Trailing Arm Tool is worth it's weight in gold.
