A note to all Brick boarders on just how easy it is to replace the condenser and orifice valve on the 95 960.
For the condenser, I did it from below. Remove the air guide, and the only thing that holds the condenser in place are two mounts. Unclip the pressostat sensors. Lift the condenser up to get past the clips on either end, and it can easily slide down and out. I replaced the O rings, which I soaked in a little ester oil first.
For the orifice valve, unscrew the clip that holds the pressure line. This allows better access to the nuts. Once the seal is broken, use angled needle nose pliers to pull the old orifice valve out. I replaced with a Nartron VOV, which was about 1/3 longer, but fit fine. I replaced the O rings here too, which I soaked in a little ester oil first.
Tomorrow I get it recharged and dye tested. Keep your fingers crossed!
