Please, I need your thoughts on the Alarm - 95 960 900

We have had some car break ins near by recently, and I would really appreciate some thoughts on where the fault in my 95 960 sedan alarm lies. I replaced the under hood horn, which is fine now, and the fuses are ok. The ignition kill engages properly when it goes off sans the horn.

What should I follow to find the source of the issue?
