questions about my 740 rearend 700

Guys I was backing up a steep hill last night cause the road was closed to the house and while in reverse the rearend seemed to have a vibration in it. I backed about 500 yds to another drive way to turn around. There is no leaks in tranny or rearend. Car rides fine anyother time. I did see a post in the faq about not going into rev, but I dont know if Im on the right track. Gear lube was changed at around 145k. Any thoughts?
