Blower Motor and Emergency Brake 200 1993

Hello Guys,

A very frustrating day today. I started the blower motor at 7:30 and just finished at 11pm. I wish I had the energy to tell you how many times I reassembled a component only to disassemble it again for various reasons, most of which was carelessness or stupidity.

In any case, I believe the job is essentially complete, with one major caveat.
When I started up the car, the blower worked fine, but it seemed like the emergency brake was frozen and no monkeying with the lever would release it.

I fooled with the "shift lock overide" and that did not seem to make any difference. It would be great if it was just one more stupid yet minor detail that I overlooked.

Any ideas?

Marty Wolfson
