A/C Compressor fuse blows

1997 960 15 AMP FUSE #16, A/C COMPRESSOR BLOWS. I THINK CLUTCH WINDINGS ARE SHORT CIRCUITED. WHAT SHOULD THE RESISTANCE OF THE WINDINGS BE? I AM READING ONE OHM.
SUGGESTIONS ON WHERE TO GET A NEW CLUTCH ASSEMBLY?
