coolant leak 200 1988

coolant seeping slowly out of the engine on the driver's side (left side) aft end. doesn't appear to be coming from the head gasket. coolant collecting on the oil dipstick tube base and downward. The view of the area is very bad with the intake manifold in the way. Have (maybe unnecessarily) replaced head and headgasket and the coolant loss continues. any ideas about where the leak origin probabilities?
