740 Turbo stalls at 4500 PRM 700

740 Turbo stalls at 4500RPM +-150RPM, Runs great to 4500 then fluxes at about 1/2 second intervals between 4000-4500. Any ideas?, checked codes: said irratic Crank Position Sensor siginal and too rich/lean, replaced sensor, same story
