Car is a 1987 245 with the B230F. I will be putting in a new intake gasket, and while I have the intake manifold off, I want to replace the PCV elements, including the oil seperator (breather box. I have read here the dire warnings about NOT jarring loose the return pipe, otherwise the need to drop the pan etc. etc. My question is, how difficult or easy is it to jar loose this return pipe ? Is it more likely to come loose when removing teh old box or installing the new ? Does replacing the breather box require a surgeon's touch, or is it a straightforward remove and replace ? Thanks again to those with experience and guidance.
