A/C runs then will not S90-V90

My AC will run fine for 15 minutes then blows warm for 10 minutes then back to cold. If I restart engine it blows cold. It only does this when it is realy hot outside and only does this about 20% of time. I had a line on some information through this forum but can not seem to find it.
