I bought a circuit tester light and all fuses work except the # 4 Fuel Pump fuse. I cleaned it, replaced it but still nothing. Wwhat would make this 1 fuse not work? Is the Fuel Relay Switch bad or the Fuel Pump? It must be something electrical with-in the fuel pump system. Also would that not let the car crank and turn over? Thanks for any help..
