Just had a tune-up..STILL need to give her gas when I turn the key! 700

Or else she'll just spin without turning over. I need to give a little gas before each start on my 91 740. Is this normal?

I've replaced the spark plugs, the carburator, opened up the injectors, changed the air filter and oil... blah blah.. but I haven't got a clean start out of this car for nearly a year!

What is my major malfunction?
