240 Check engine light 200 1993

The check engine light on my 93 came on.
The first time I noticed it was as I was blasting down the interstate at 85+, trying not to get run over. You know these bricks won't snap your head back at a stop light, but it's amazing how that speedo will creep up there.....
Engine starts and idles fine.
Could that be an O2 sensor?
