Intermittent hot start problem - still not fixed 200 1989

Hi all,

I have an intermittent hot start and stall problem. It typically happens after driving, then stopping and then attempting to start after a brief stop. No codes and the spark plugs are chalky white. When the car is running it runs fine, therefore I think I have good spark and the AMM is ok

In tank pump is buzzing ( so its ok)
Fuel pressure regulator changed no to long ago
RPM sensor is the second one on this car

What I have done so far:

- replaced ECU (spare)
- Replaced main fuel pump, filter and check valve (spare)
- swapped out Fuel pump relay (not sure if spare was functional - no change)
- plug wires new
- cleaned up rotor and distibutor
- connected a ground to the firewall that was broken (no change)

What I will do:

- check the 25 amp fuse
- check for vacuum leaks
- try another fuel pump relay

Anything else I can do? thanks
