90 245 wont start again. 200 1990

Evening all.

Her/our 90 245 seems to be having a starting issue.Wife comes in the house Sunday AM and tells me that her car wont start. i told her to take my 92 745t and run her errands and ill look at it later. so today i went out and jumped her car. started right up no problem. drove around for about 15-30 min.took the dog to the park,gave her a run. jump back in the car, it started right up. came back home, parked the car went inside and had dinner. came back outside tried to start the car, NOTHING the car would not crank over. battery seems to be dead but all opf the lights are on before a crank.

Is the Alternator going?
