EGR Valve 200 1982

Just went in for inspection, last for the emissions, thankfully. Failed because of high NOX readings. Inspector told me it could be one of two things: the EGR valve is hosed, or I need a new cat converter. Does this particular model even have an EGR valve, and if so, where is this EGR valve located?
