86 240 no start :( 200 1986

hello--
my 86 240 lost power going up a hill, then wouldn't start, so i replaced the main fuel pump and relay (they were the originals, 208k!), the fuel filter, and the amm. all this was expensive, and the car died again, going up another hill, after running for a week. it cranks, but won't start. it acts like it's out of gas, but there's a half tank of gas. any suggestions on what to do to get this car running? i've run out of money! thanks for any help!
