Rear caliper, necessary to replace both 200

My left side rear brake caliper is frozen; I was unable to push the pistons in. All other calipers are fine. Is it necessary to replace both rear clipers or only thr frozen one? If the latter, should I be concerned about unequal pressure between the calipers?
