Hey Guys,
Ok I'm about ready to give up, I was warned that it's easy to round the nut when removing the hose from the caliper on a 740 so I soaked it in PB blaster for a week and used a snap on 14mm flare nut wrench, the thing won't budge and I rounded the bottom nut.
Now I have to get the hose off and get a new one.
It's up to the top nut now by the wheel well, right? If I blow that one I'm finished!!! So I have been soaking it in pb blasster. Any suggestions before I start? I do not want to deal with the metal brake line in any way. Should I just cut the rubber hose and use a socket wrench on it? Your thoughts?
