Rear Thumping Sound Only When Weight Carrying 700

There is a low level thumping like sound which appears to be coming from
underneath towards the rear. It only occurs when the wagon is somewhat heavily
loaded. The sound starts at take off from a stop and remains up to about 15-20 mph then goes away.

Anyone experience this type of problem?
