Rear Window Leak 120-130

I found today that the source of water in the trunk is a leaking rear window seal. Can I just replace the seal, or will I need to remove the window? Tricks to do either job? Degree of difficulty?

On another note, the search feature on this site doesn't seem to work as well as it once did. If I enter "122 rear window leak", I don't come up with much. This is true for other searches I have made too. Anyone else having problems searching?
