Greetings to all,
I have a 89 240, 251K. A while back the overdrive would not kick in. I changed the solenoid but it did not fix the problem. Instead of kicking in at 40mph it will engage about 60 or 65. Any thoughts on this? I did a transmission flush today and it shifts a little smoother but still won't engage at 40 mph like it should.

Oh, one more thing..what is the 800 number to call to get the high mileage badge from Volvo?
