I have a 1987 240 Wagon 5 speed. When I try to put the car into reverse the transmission grinds going in. Is there an adjustment to the clutch or is it just a sign of a clutch wearing out? It does not slip going down the road and gears 1-5 seem fine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
