ABS Question 200 1992

I drive a 1992 240 Wagon. It's a Canadian model. My question is do I have ABS brakes? I searched the archives and found a number of different answers to my question. Earlier posts indicate that ABS was on option on '91 and '92 240s and was standard on '93 240s. Other more recent posts indicate that all US 240s from '91 on have ABS. Although my 240 is a Canadian model, my owner's manual states clearly that it covers both the US and Canadian '92 model year. In my owner's manual it indicates that ABS is an option. I thought I had ABS but my mechanic seems to think I don't. I trust his assessment, but I was wondering if someone out there could clear this up for me. I need to replace my entire front brake system, so it's obviously kind of important. Not being a mechanic and overly familiar with where to look on the car, can someone tell me where I can look and what I can look for on the car itself to identify whether it has ABS? Is there a data plate somewhere on the car with this info? Thanks for your help. I'd like to purchase the replacement parts asap.
