Are the Injectors on a Type 3 VW the same as a P1800? 1800 1970

I was searching the web and found a site that has both but they are different part #s and considerably different prices. Volvo =$196. VW =$58. Doesn't look too hopeful- I would venture that the VW fuel requirements are considerably lower.
