Aluminum flywheel 140-160

Hi, Just a quick question: What are the relative advantages and disadvantages of using an aliminum flywheel.
I understand the lighter flywheel will have less rotating mass letting the motor rev quicker/easier. Are there other advantages?
What are the disavantages? Does it affect the low end torque?
