I would think that nuts and loctite on the back side would be kind of a
pain for installation since the flywheel has to be installed to put the
clutch together (because you can't get to the flywheel mounting bolts with
the clutch installed). So you'd have to have the bellhousing bracket off
and turn the flywheel to get to the nuts on its backside.
If the flywheel was the right alloy, you could possibly hard anodize it.
I'm not sure how well hard anodize responds to the surface heating you
get when the clutch slips, which it DOES on nearly every engagement.
