This didn't actaully happen... I'm a happily married man.
Let's say though, that I had an angry ex-girlfriend, and a couple nights before I had to drive down a mountain through twisty, sometimes steep roads... lets say said angry woman cut my right rear brake line about 2" from the caliper.
In this situation, what could I expect of my leftover brake performance? Obviously, that wheel wouldn't have any brake, and half the master cylinder would be empty. And the pedal might feel a bit more squishy, and the car might pull a bit under braking... but...? Would I maybe make it down that mountain (alive)?
Just curious... thanks for your insights into this totally made up situation. We all know an ex-girlfriend of mine would go for front brake lines. I'm choosy...
