96 960 timing belt replacement S90-V90

About to hit 140,000 miles and starting to consider doing myself or taking it to the shop. How difficult a job is it and do they make a tool that will hold everything in place when you take the belt off? Do I replace the water pump while I'm at it and the belt tensioner or is this over kill? I've done it once on a 240 and an Audi, but not a twin cam like this. How tough is it? One shop will do for $650 and another for $800. Parts and labor (timing belt, new tensioner, serp belt and water pump)--the 650 price is after market parts and other is Volvo. Thoughts?
