I was doing a timing belt change and thought I might as well do the water pump. The pump had been on there for at least ten years. I broke two bolts in the block. I got one out easily. Not do much the other one. It now has an extractor stuck in the middle of the broken bolt. Along with its advanced age and generally deteriorating condition I think it is time to move on unless someone can come up with a solution to my problem. Even then I think I might just pick up a newer 240. I really hate the thought of giving this one up though. Especially on such a small item. It runs and idles well.
