Turbo hose leak - identification? 900 1994

Hi. Two days ago I started up my 940 Turbo wagon after a 3-day rest and found that every time the turbo was supposed to kick in, the car jerked as though it was trying to boost but couldn't. As long as I kept my foot on the accelerator it did this. So, I can now accelerate slowly, but if I punch it, I end up with a bucking bronco. I have done a lot of coasting for the past two days.

It seems like a leak of some kind dealing with the air intake. I checked the big AMM -> Turbo hose, and that seemed okay. But the problem seems to be the insulated hose that comes out of the middle of that turbo intake hose and snakes across the engine block. It feels quite loose, and at the far end, there is a good amount of oil dripped below that connection. I think that somewhere on that end, there's a leak, and it's messing with the air mixture.

So, 2 questions:

Does this sound like a viable explanation for the jerking behavior when the turbo is supposed to kick in?

What is this hose called, and where can I get a new one?

Thanks!
