Tool for removing those broken Turbo exhaust studs.. 200

One of my projects for the coming year is to get the 242Ti back on the road. The exhaust leak has proven to be caused by 2 broken exhaust studs.
Knowing that Easy OUts will not work, and I can't imagine trying to drill out a hardened bolt out of an aluminium head without messing up the head, has anyone tried using diamond headed cutting tools like these:?

Sorry you have to copy, can't remember the HTML to create a link.

Thanks, still working on the rumbling noise on the 245SE, it's NOT the bushings, looks like the U joints are next.
But on a positive note, I've replaced the right shock and brake pads on the 744, and will do the worn compression link bushings, and then the same on the left side today.
At least it should be back in form for Christmas travel.
